Layer the Lasagna

Start by spreading some of the sauce in the bottom of a casserole dish. Add a layer of (uncooked) noodles & a layer of ricotta cheese mixture. Repeat. Top with cheese. Refrigerate.

Allow to rest 10-15 minutes before serving.
